A complete rejuvenation of an existing space, requiring excavation and underpinning for the almost underground style bar atmosphere to be achieved. The building required extensive structural upgrades and stabilising measures. Materials were sourced to ensure they were in line with the historic nature of the building and maintain the desired atmosphere for the venue the client required.
